Register your cat in Dogs and Cats Online and you could win a $70 voucher to spend at RSPCA Petville.

Twenty prizes will be drawn each month until 30 November 2021. All prize and competition details are set out below. In South Australia, you must register your cat in Dogs and Cats Online, the state dog and cat database used by councils, Animal Welfare League, RSPCA and vets to reunite lost pets with owners.

  1. The first 20 entries drawn from the prize pool each month that meet the entry conditions will receive a $70 gift voucher to spend in store at RSPCA Petville or at their online store http://www.rspcapetville.com.au
  2. Winners can choose any goods up to the value of $70, which are on sale at the time of their selection.
  3. The goods at RSPCA Petville change often according to availability.
  4. There is always a wider range of stock instore at 345 North East Road, Hillcrest, South Australia, than what may be listed on the website.
  5. The image of the goods are representative only and provided as an indication of some of the goods in stock at the time of photographing.
  6. Prize draw winners will be notified by phone and email and their name will be published on this page and the Good Cat SA Facebook page.
  7. DCMB will take all reasonable steps to notify winners.
  8. Any costs associated with using a prize obtained with the prize voucher are to be covered by the winner.
  9. DCMB accepts no liability for prize vouchers being lost or damaged in transit.

  3. Entry in this prize draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant.
  4. The competition entry period ends at Midnight, Tuesday 30 November 2021 CST.

Who is eligible?

  1. Entry in this competition is open to all SA cat owners who register their cat(s) in Dogs and Cats Online during the competition period. Persons must be 16 years of age or above.
  2. All DCMB employees and board members, and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter.


  1. The competition closes 30 November 2021.
  2. To enter the draw, entrants must have completed their cat registration on Dogs and Cats Online during the competition period and complete the entry form on the Dog and Cat Management Board website.
  3. Entrants must provide their full name, address, cat’s microchip number, email address, and contact telephone number on the entry form.
  4. There will be 20 winners drawn each month.
  5. Entries will be drawn by staff of the DCMB Unit on the first working day after the closing month and winners will be notified within 14 days.
  6. DCMB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  7. The contact details of entrants to this competition will not be shared with other organisations or Government bodies without the entrant’s consent.
  8. DCMB is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
  9. DCMB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.

Final Conditions

  1. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of DCMB and which prevents DCMB from complying with these terms and conditions, DCMB will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  2. DCMB is not responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this competition, if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of DCMB.
  3. DCMB, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of the competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  4. DCMB collects personal information about entrants for the purpose of running this competition. Entry details remain the property of DCMB. Entrants consent to DCMB using personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of conducting the competition and awarding any prizes, and for market research purposes.
  5. Each entrant agrees that DCMB may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
