Roam to Home

Roam to home is a step-by-step guide to help you bring your roaming cat inside, to be safe, comfortable and happy. Ideally, cats should live indoors with access to some outdoor enclosed space. But if you can't modify the entries to your home and yard to stop your cat roaming into danger, then our Roam to home guide is an alternative solution.

It could take as little as four weeks to help a roaming cat transition to living permanently indoors. Some might adapt quicker. Others longer. That’s okay, just be patient and stick to the plan.

Great, let's go ...

First, you might want to print out this planner to keep you on track (you won't need to use it until you get to Step 2).
